Hey Guys, I am here with another poem (written by me) for you all to read. The Heartbeat Of Love The heartbeat was throbbing with much ardour and zeal, Warding off hatred, proud did it feel, It desired to throb for evermore, To tear the attire of selfishness, the world wore. The touch of care caressed every throb, The ferocious flame of anger it put off, It slid down the scary slopes of cruelty with ease, The edged war weapons from the hand, it did seize. It bombed all eerie entrances to betrayal, And revealed gateways to faith, for real. The fragile trust, that was once slayed, Within the solace arms of loyalty, it now layed. Beneath the warm boughs of peace, Danced the calming harmony, in a gentle breeze, As the heartbeat throbbed for evermore, To stitch the attire of love, the world now wore. -Avishikta Kundoo Follow me on my blog, if you guys liked this poem!
